Operational Risk Manager
Aufgaben
Reviewing existing risk management framework and processes / Facilitating the process of identifying, evaluating, managing and monitoring risk across the bank including the development of risk management methodologies and tools / Maintaining a sound high level end to end understanding of relevant business processes, systems and related risks and consulting with business/control process owners on developing processes and controls to manage risks / Preparation of risk management reports for the regular management meetings and external risk reporting to auditors and stakeholders / Conducting regular reviews of relevant policies to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards, including liaison with internal and external auditors / Providing support, education and training to staff to maintain awareness of risk management and internal control within the organization.
Qualifikation
Master's or Bachelor's / Experience as a Risk Process Manager in an international Bank / Good knowledge of the Swiss banking regulation / Knowledge of the risk landscape in the banking areas / Strong team player / Ability to work independently / Ability to conceive and deliver projects under pressure / English as well as French.
