**Your team**:
- Pictet Asset Services (PAS) provides custody, fund services and trading solutions for external asset managers, fund managers and institutional clients. We manage every aspect of the asset servicing value chain and our range of bespoke solutions include value-adding analytics, trading strategy support and digital front-end interfaces designed to provide an unrivalled customer experience.The Business Risk & Projects team is a first line of defence team reporting to the PAS Chief Risk Officer. The team is in charge of supporting PAS Front teams and PAS management in the day to day risk management activities as well as managing and overseeing projects that affect risk and compliance.**Your role**:
- Act as an advisor for PAS Front staff for risk and compliance topics.
- Perform key controls related to PAS activities for the Swiss bank and other Group entities.
- Oversee, anticipate and escalate issues and risks identified as a result of the controls, and advising on mitigation measures.
- Identify potential improvement areas to ensure effective and efficient risk management.
- Lead and participate in various risk and compliance initiatives affecting PAS, propose solutions and ensure adequate deployment and implementation.
- Foster change management within PAS.
- Produce reporting for management teams.
- Act as a point of contact for key stakeholders within the Group and worldwide.
- Be a back-up for operational risk activities (risk events and incidents) and fraud monitoring activities.
**Your profile**:
- University degree or equivalent.
- At leave five years of experience in risk and compliance for the banking sector or in a consulting firm.
- Strong interest in and in-depth knowledge of the financial sector and regulatory environment.
- Knowledge of the asset servicing sector, especially funds, will be an asset.
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Pragmatic, solution-oriented team player.
- Successful track record of managing complex and high-risk situations.
- Project management skills will be an asset.
- Excellent command of French and English (both written and spoken).
- Must be resident of Switzerland.
