**YOUR CHALLENGE**:

- Acts as a peer to the Product Owner, ensures adequate representation of Application design, development and operations aspects within the teams backlog
- Contribute to Solution Blueprint and Security Concept, own Solution Design and Interface Agreement. (AR is also part of the review /approval process)
- Derive and ensures quality of the technical requirements including the definition of test cases (for NFR tests)
- Responsible for sizing of required development resources
- Estimate required change capacity or - for vendor products - challenge the provided vendor estimations
- and Release Management Framework
- Align and plans required budget and capacity for 3rd level support, life-cycle management and change management with IT Service Owner
- Supports the RTE, System Architect and ITSO respectively in ensuring of data quality for IT RISK KPIs, IT Operations KPIs, IT Architecture KPIs
- Workflows (Cases Management (CMMN) and Business Preocess Management (BPMN)
- Flowable Components (Work, Platform, Control)
- Databases: Oracle and JAVA.
- Hands on experience in smaller and larger projects
- Creation and definition of IT metrics and development of key performance indiciators, criteria and critical success factors for IT investments
- Proficiancy in cost controlling and budgeting-, reporting-, risk management-, planning
- and overall organizational support and administration activities
- Communication skills at all levels

**YOUR PROFILE**:
**Required Skills**:

- Education BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
- Experiences in support of Process and Case Management Solutions (e.g. Flowable and/or Appway based solutions)
- Many years of experience as a JAVA Lead Developer
- Ability to work in a dynamic and multi-cultural environment
- Ability to handle and perform in stressful situations and stay calm under pressure
- Understanding of IT-/business processes in the area of technical expertise
- Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Analytical mind-set and ability to understand business needs from a IT perspective
- Excellent German and English language skills

Preferred Skills
- Good understanding of SOAP web service technology’s
- Profound knowledge in Application architecture
- Experiences with Flowable and/or Appway
