- Supports the HZI Group integrated Process Management System (ISO 9001/14001/45001)
- Development, improvement and implementation of performance-enhancing business processes within the HZI Group
- Process owner for selected corporate quality management processes according to ISO 9001
- Provides technical support to other process owners in defining and implementing business processes and ensuring that the business processes meet the requirements of ISO 9001.
- Plan and deliver internal training on the Process Management System [PMS].
- Demonstrate leadership and commitment to Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ).
- Actively encourage and lead HZI teams and sites to implement and comply with the HZI Process Management System (PMS).
- Support the ISO 9001 certification of HZI Group sites.
- Collect/evaluate/analyse key performance indicators for the HZI Process Management System.
- Organisation of Management Review for defined business area of HZI Group
- Internal auditing of HZI Group to verify compliance with HZI PMS
- Ensure that non-conformities are addressed through appropriate problem solving methodology; enabling effective containment and permanent resolution through root cause elimination.
- Lead/moderate/participate in improvement activities.
- Keeps up to date with relevant legislation and standards
- Is aware of, implements and complies with HSE requirements relevant to the function.

**Your experiences**:
**Job-specific qualification**
- Experience in a project and product organisation within the energy sector
- Experience of quality management systems (ISO 9001) - experience of other systems is an advantage
- Lead or Internal Auditor certification an advantage
- Experience in using standardised methodologies to identify, contain and permanently resolve complex problems
- Can determine the operational approach based on analysis
- Selects and implements solutions
- Good product knowledge
- Completed Bachelor's/Master's degree
- Advanced training in quality management is an advantage
- Good knowledge of technical regulations, standards and best practice
- Similar working experience at least 5 years

**Methodological competence**
- Good MS Office skills
- Self-management and working methods
- Problem solving methodology, solution oriented
- Knowledge and experience of common project management systems and tools
- Good communication skills
- Ability to present ideas effectively
- Ability to evaluate the ideas of others
- Fluent in spoken and written English, other languages (especially German) an advantage
