We are seeking to recruit a Business Compliance Manager in our Zurich offices.

Your role as part of the Client Onboarding Team will be to analyse account opening files of new and existing clients. You will supervise account openings at the Zurich branch of Banque Pictet SA, covering the business lines Pictet Wealth Management (PWM) and Pictet Asset Services(PAS), and take part in account opening activities (analyse account opening instructions, ensure compliance with anti-money-laundering (AML) rules and regulations, present cases to the approval committee). You will also advise and provide guidance to the PWM and PAS Front Teams based in Zurich on all AML onboarding and monitoring compliance issues.

**Your role**:

- Draft summaries of account opening files and KYC updates and present them to the Bank’s relevant committees.
- Provide advice and assistance on AML onboarding and monitoring compliance issues to PAS & PWM Front.
- Ensure local anti-money-laundering regulations are applied.
- Remain proactively abreast of changes in regulations and analyse the impact of such changes on your activities.
- Take part in various projects on request.
- Document key processes and quality controls.
- Perform four-eyes checks (when required).

**Your profile**:

- 5-10 years’ experiences in anti-money laundering.
- University degree in law/banking or certification in anti-money-laundering, or equivalent.
- Banking operations experience.
- Proven knowledge of anti-money-laundering rules and regulations.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and German, with French being a strong plus.
- Proficient in MS Office (Outlook/Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
- Rigorous and methodological analysis approach. Exceptional research and analytical skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent writing, analysis and synthesis skills.
- Commitment to providing the highest standard of service to clients.
- Residence in Switzerland required.
