Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

Digital Business Services (DBS) at METTLER TOLEDO started with its business transformation program in 2008. As a result of this program, roughly 50% of our units globally have been migrated to a global template. This template focusses on process harmonization, digitalization and automation and covers the entire business value chain across HR, Engineering, Sales, Service, Supply Chain and Finance.

Within our ‘DBS Projects Team’, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager 80 - 100% (f/m/d).

In this role, your responsibilities would include:

- Lead and manage the entire project lifecycle from initiation through full delivery to the end users (from E2E process design to user testing, training and change management)
- Perform in depth requirement analysis on complex cross functional initiatives, execute extensive interviews with various business users/units
- Prioritize requirements and drive the conceptual design of potential solutions with the support of process experts from diverse functional areas
- Deliver upon the Business Case behind potential solutions and facilitate the senior management “go vs. no-go decision” making process for project investments
- Regularly report progress, risks and issues to the Steering Committee and/or senior management
- Act as process advisor and cross process consultant for the business during the entire project delivery cycle

What You Need to Succeed
- Following requirements are necessary for this role:

- You have a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Computational Sciences, Business Management or similar
- You bring at least 2 - 3 years of work experience in the area of project management
- Knowledge in SAP or other ERP systems and data management is a big advantage
- You are an independent and team-oriented person with strong customer orientation and good networking skills
- With your analytical and organizational mindset, you are able to prioritize, problem solve and uncover challenges and solutions
- You are a critical thinker, an effective decision maker and you excel at attention to details
- You have great communication skills in English with a proven record of successfully presenting to all levels of a global organization
- Readiness to travel globally up to approx. 10%
