Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
- The Group Marketing Communications (Group MarCom) team is responsible for developing multi-platform marketing material for a diverse group of internal clients, including Group Functions, Divisional Marketing teams, and Marketing Organizations across Europe, Asia, the Americas and Asia Pacific. Additional responsibilities include the maintenance and update of the company's extensive Print, Digital and Video Corporate Design Guidelines, and support Employer Branding and other programs.

To strengthen our Group MarCom team at our Global Headquarters in Greifensee, Switzerland, and maintain our high design standard and efficient output, we seek a motivated person as a Group Marketing Communications Project Manager 100% (f/m/d).

In this role, your responsibilities would include:

- You will manage multi-stakeholder Group MarCom and Marketing projects, liaison between clients and designers, and ensure quality and deadlines are met
- You will plan scheduled projects for the year in a comprehensive overview available to all team members. Your overview will include planning, costs, tracking project milestones, project documentation, etc
- You will assign projects to designers, in consultation with Head of Group MarCom when required
- You will keep a full overview of the team's project plan
- You will manage designers' workload and monitor progress to ensure adequate attention, quality and time is given to projects, in collaboration with Head of Group MarCom
- You will support the Head of Group MarCom with presentations for various internal stakeholders and meetings
- You will manage dashboard/reporting for Group MarCom in collaboration with the Head of Group MarCom and prepare monthly updates and yearly overviews

What You Need to Succeed
- Following requirements are necessary for this role:

- You have at least a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Communications fields with a minimum of 3 years of work experience in project management
- Be on the pulse with the latest technology and experience with the most relevant Project planning tools available in Microsoft Office 365, such as Teams, Tasks by Planner, etc
- You are a pro-active, dynamic, and creative team player with outstanding people skills, and time, resource, and project management proficiency. Your analytical and problem-solving skills and the experience in working in a matrix organization is a big advantage
- Previous experience with managing resources in a Marketing and Communications teams is helpful
- Knowledge of a typical design workflow and interest in good design, illustrations, guidelines, digital media and filmmaking would be a plus
- Excellent spoken and written English skills are a must, German is a plus
