In our Analytical Global Business Area within the Laboratory Division of METTLER TOLEDO optical analytics and Life Science are one of our focus areas which contribute to continuous expansion and fast growth. In our global headquarters in Nänikon-Greifensee close to Zurich, we seek for individuals who want to shape and drive customer value within one of our Strategic Product Groups as Business Development and Marketing Manager (f/m/d).
In your business development role you
- drive business expansion in selected regions
- support our sales organizations in efficient product selling via various distribution channels by training of tailored sales tools which are developed by the product management.
- act as a main communication path to our sales organizations to ensure bidirectional transfer of key business unit information and market feedback
In your marketing manager role you
- own the responsibility for the e-marketing and e-commerce for the new product group
- develop impactful marketing initiatives to drive top line growth
What You Need to Succeed
Following requirements are necessary:
- You have a MSc degree in marketing or business development with a minimum of 5 years proven track record in BioTech/BioPharma industry within the scope of analytical instrumentation
- Expertise in B2B environments, marketing or business development is a big advantage
- You like to network and possess outstanding interpersonal skills to communicate cross-culturally with colleagues and customers
- You are highly organized, with acute ability to set priorities and achieve goals
- Excellent communication skills in English is a must (French or Spanish is an asset)
