Als Product Owner E-Business sorgst du dafür, dass unsere Plattform nicht nur läuft – sondern begeistert. Deine Aufgaben- Du übernimmst die fachliche Verantwortung für unsere E-Business-Plattform und gestaltest aktiv die Customer Journey- Du übersetzt Business-Anforderungen in klare User Stories und priorisierst, was wirklich Mehrwert schafft- Gemeinsam mit interdisziplinären Teams treibst du neue Features und Optimierungen voran – von der Idee bis zum Release- Du hast KPIs und Conversion Rates im Blick und nutzt Daten, um unsere Plattform immer besser zu machen- Du hältst alle Fäden in der Hand – von Sprintplanung bis zur Abstimmung mit IT, UX, Marketing und externen PartnernDas bringst du mit- Ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Digital Business, Marketing oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung und mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung als Product Owner, E-Commerce Manager oder Projektleiter im digitalen Umfeld- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse – du verfasst User Stories und kommunizierst mit externen Partnern souverän auf Englisch- Erfahrung mit agilen Methoden (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) und Tools wie Jira & Confluence- Ein gutes Gespür für UX/UI und datengetriebene Entscheidungen – KPIs sind für dich kein Fremdwort- Du arbeitest strukturiert, kommunikativ und lösungsorientiert – mit einer guten Portion Hands-on-MentalitätWir sind auch nicht ganz ohne- Du findest uns in kurzer Gehdistanz zum Bahnhof Schwerzenbach, genügend Mitarbeiter-Parkplätze sind ebenfalls vorhanden- Zu deinen 25 Tagen Ferien, erhältst du weitere 3 freie Tage an Weihnachten - geschenkt- Als Haustechnik-Unternehmen bieten wir dir das ganze Jahr angenehme 23 °C im Büro- Kaffee und Mineralwasser sind für dich gratis verfügbar- Du erhältst Zugang zu einer eigenen, gesunden Pensionskasse mit Sparplan-WahlmöglichkeitPersonaldienstleister:Für diese Rekrutierung berücksichtigen wir vorerst keine Dossiers von Personaldienstleistern.
