Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
- The marketing team of the Laboratory Division is in charge of planning, creating, and executing worldwide marketing activities in cooperation with our business units and sales organizations. To strengthen our Laboratory Division marketing team, we are looking for a Marketing Content Manager 100% (all genders).

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

- You strategically drive the creation of the division’s Digital Brand Awareness program; you align with all relevant stakeholders to ensure excellent content quality; oversee the execution of promotional activities in different channels, report results, and plan improvements
- You manage different content creation projects with a focus on brand awareness in collaboration with different stakeholders to create customer-centric publication material; create content for digital consumption across our different focus industries
- You have ownership of the team’s video program and planning activities; project manage video productions in collaboration with external and internal partners
- You plan and execute a variety of pilot projects to raise brand awareness of the Laboratory Division; explore new channels to expand our brand’s presence

What You Need to Succeed

The following requirements are necessary for this role:

- You have a Marketing or Communications degree combined with a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar role, ideally within a scientific or technical B2B environment; experience working in an international matrix organization is highly valued
- You are an excellent communicator in both speaking and writing; a native English speaker is preferred, or at least C1 English level; other languages would be a plus
- Experience in content creation for brand awareness purposes; understanding of different types of content for digital consumption with strong creative abilities and a flair for content visualization
- As an organizational talent, you have great project management skills and impeccable attention to detail
- You have a high degree of self-motivation and quick comprehension of complex topics; you do not back down under pressure or tight deadlines
