**YOUR CHALLENGE**:

- As part of a small deal team, working with various more senior team members, support origination, structuring and execution of complex lending transactions
- Develop strong understanding of market fundamentals and perform in-depth credit risk assessment, including company analysis (sector, as well as balance sheet and cash-flow analysis)
- Support the credit approval process, including preparation of detailed credit requests for relevant internal approval authorities
- Interact with clients and relevant external and internal stakeholders
- Assist in preparation and negotiation of term sheets, as well as legal documentation in collaboration with internal legal team and external legal counsels
- Daily monitoring of the existing loan portfolio and performance of periodic exposure reviews

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Strong academic background, preferably Master degree in Business, Finance or Economics
- Clear interest in Corporate Finance, with previous internship or full-time experience in a relevant role
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with ability to perform thorough sector and company fundamental analysis, including balance sheet and cash-flow assessment. Ability to build company financial models is a plus.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills in English, as well as interpersonal skills
- Ability to cope with tight deadlines and work under time pressure
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Fluency in English and (ideally) in German, with an additional language being a plus
