**YOUR CHALLENGE**:

- Work as part of the deal teams and support in structuring and executing the lending transactions
- Develop a strong understanding of underlying market fundamentals and perform in-depth credit risk assessments
- Assist with the preparation of detailed credit requests and perform sophisticated cash-flow modelling with scenario analysis
- Support the credit approval process
- Interact with clients and relevant external and internal stakeholders
- Assist in the negotiation of term sheets and legal documentation in liaison with internal and external legal counsels
- Monitor the existing loan portfolio and perform periodic credit reviews

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Strong academic background (preferably Bachelor or Masters’ degree in Business, Finance or Economics)
- Clear interest in Corporate Finance, with previous internships in relevant fields being a plus
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Developed verbal and written communication skills as well as interpersonal skills
- Ability to cope with tight deadlines and work under time pressure
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Fluency in English and German, with an additional European language being a plus
