Trainee Junior Relationship Manager Real Estate

CG24 Group is looking for an exceptional Junior Real Estate Manager to further develop the company’s real estate department.

**What You Would Do**:
- Convert prospects into leads and leads into clients by guiding them through the client onboarding
- Relationship management with existing corporate real estate clients
- Evaluation of Real Estate properties
- Accompany the clients through the whole credit process
- Targeted selling of CG24’s real estate financing products to selected SMEs in Switzerland and Liechtenstein
- Administrative work including correspondence with notaries and land registries
**What We Expect**:
- Degree in finance, real estate or related fields and a strong understanding of financial/lending products
- Independent working style, with a strong drive to fulfill clients needs
- Demonstrated ability to reach goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment
- Enthusiast for Real Estate
- Strong and open team player with high commitment and dedication
- Fluent in German and English is a must
- Valid working permission for Switzerland
Preferred:
- Fluent in French or Italian
- Completed Internship / Working experience in the evaluation or financing of real estate
