Artemis Assets SL is looking for a Real Estate Relationship Manager (Part-time) to become a fundamental part of its growing team and to be based internationally. The individual will be the face of the company to its clientele and will accompany them from search to closure. The Real Estate Relationship Manager (Part-time) will be reporting directly to the Commercial Director.

Artemis Assets SL is an early stage proptech company with offices in Barcelona and Singapore, which seeks to revolutionize how real estate assets are being bought and managed remotely. Our ambition is to enable foreigners to invest profitably in Spain using only their phone, without even the need to visit the country. Through our team of seasoned professionals, we offer end-to-end services to international clients who want to invest in the Spanish real estate market; we specialize in sales/purchase, in asset management, and in refurbishment/decoration.

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Initiate contact with the clients using internal leads or own research
- Present the Artemis product offer and obtain a search mandate from the clients
- Advise a suitable investment strategy to the clients according to their needs (risk/reward ratio, short/long term horizon, tax and legal exposure)
- Recommend real estate investments to the clients that are in line with their strategy and explain the advantages and disadvantages of each investment
- Successfully close the deal, ensure client satisfaction, and pursue repeat business
- Experience in Sales of real estate, financial investments, or insurance products
- Access to a network of Family Offices, High Net Worth Individuals, and professional investors
- Passionate about real estate, investments, client service, and entrepreneurship
- Understanding of basic investment concepts (for example yield, interest rates, tax)
- Familiar with basic real estate concepts (for example build-to-rent, operational and renovation costs, tenancy contracts)
- Knowledge of English

**Optional requirements**
- Knowledge of Spanish or any other language
- Knowledge of financial functions in Microsoft Excel
