Senior Fund Controller

Location: Zurich Workload: 100% Our client is a reputable private equity fund. We are recruiting a senior fund controller to manage a small team. Relevant professionals from Luxembourg are encouraged to apply. Your role Full ownership for end-to-end financial management across the funds Liquidity and cash management responsibility for the whole structure (capital calls, LP funding, distributions, account reconciliation) Preparing Reporting, LP reports, monthly and ad-hoc fund analysis for SRO First-point of contact for all FoF requests Handle regulatory filings (AML, KYC, etc.) Working closely with internal teams and external service providers (fund administrator, AIFM, custodian) Required skills 7+ experience in controlling position with advanced understanding of PE and private credit structures Liquidity management : Maintain and develop reliable liquidity planning, full ownership for capital call handling (LP and invested funds) across all funds Financial Reporting & Data Analysis : Proficiency in preparing and reviewing financial analysis for private equity and private credit Fund Accounting Expertise : Profound knowledge of PE and Private Credit fee structures, capital calls / distributions, waterfall models Independent and ownership mentality, taking full ownership of assigned areas and tasks from A-Z with business partner mindset Very precise and detail oriented but big-picture aware Fluent in English and either German or French (both is a plus) What we offer Full responsibility for end-to-end financial management across all funds Dynamic environment with exposure to management teams and external operations parties Young, collaborative and dynamic team culture
