Aufgaben
Operational controlling of fund-of-funds mandates / Controlling of special purpose entities with regard to accounting, reporting and cash management / Maintaining client relations at the interfaces with investors, fund managers, investment partners, auditors, administrators, etc. / Monitoring portfolios, funds and client guidelines / Checking the consistency and correctness of information and its evaluation / Monitoring investment reports and reporting obligations to investors / Controlling internal processes and ensuring compliance with all deadlines / Collaborating on departmental renewals / Optimizing and maintaining processes / Helping to shape a creative environment.
Qualifikation
Bachelor in Finance, Accounting and Controlling / Professional experience at a bank or in Asset Management / Experience in fund environment advantageous e.g. with Private Equity, Real Estate or Debt / Interested in global activity with colleagues and stakeholders / Ability to meet deadlines / As a person structured and organized / Interested in working professionally in an intercultural environment / Independent and team oriented / Skilled with MS-Office / German and English.
