Finanz Controller Fund Management
Aufgaben
Finanzielle Führung der Fund of Funds
- sowie Funds-Mandate im Bereich Private Equity / Controlling der Zweckgesellschaften, einschliesslich Finanzbuchhaltung, Reportings und Cash Management / Controlling der Portfoliounternehmen und Investmentprodukte und Analyse der Finanzdaten / Sicherstellung Konsistenz von Finanz-Informationen und deren Qualität / Controlling der Investmentberichte und Reporting an die Investoren / Ermittlung der korrekten Bewertung / Monitoring der Finanzprozesse und Sicherstellung, dass die geltenden Fristen eingehalten werden / Support der Kollegen des Controlling-Teams sowie Teams in anderen Abteilungen, z. B. Portfoliomanagement oder Frontdesks / Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsleitung, Präsentationen / Schnittstellenmanagement mit internen Stakeholdern und den Frontdesks sowie mit externen Dienstleistern, Wirtschaftsprüfern und Investoren / Optimierung und Pflege der Tools, Prozesse und Systeme und Mitarbeit in Change-Management-Projekten / Ad hoc Konzern-Projekte.
Qualifikation
Bachelor oder Master im Bereich Banking & Finance oder Accounting & Controlling / Berufserfahrung bei einem Fonds-Manager, einer Asset Management-Gesellschaft, auf einer Bank oder in einem BigFour-Unternehmen als Berater oder Wirtschaftsprüfer mit Fokus auf Funds / Erfahrung mit Fund
- oder Private-Equity-Investments / Analytische, akkurat arbeitende Persönlichkeit mit hoher Eigenmotivation und der und die Fähigkeit, selbstständig zu arbeiten / Interesse am Austausch von Informationen und an der Pflege der Teamarbeit / IT-Affinität, Kenntnis von Standardsoftwaren im Banking oder Asset Management, Excel-, VBA- und SQL-Kenntnisse / Sprachen: Deutsch und Englisch.
