Fund Controller

Calibrium AG is a private Investment Office that invests in a broad range of asset classes globally. We are fundamental long-term investors looking for a highly motivated professional to join our Company as:
**Fund Controller (100%)**
As a member of the controlling team, you will be responsible for the following activities across all of our asset classes:
- Preparation, review and analysis of monthly bookkeeping and annual accounts
- Coordination of the yearly audit for our investment vehicles
- Preparation of investment valuations, monthly reporting and ad-hoc analyses
- Coordination of transactions and management of the investment structure (e.g. set up / liquidation of investment vehicles)
- Projects: drive own projects and lead efforts for optimizing existing processes
- Liaising with external partners such as auditors, administrators and other third-party service providers
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree
- Four to six years of relevant work experience in controlling, with ground knowledge of the investment sector
- Committed and independent working style, strong team spirit and willingness to cooperate as well as a high degree of initiative and flexibility
- A high standard of quality, a practice-orientated attitude and the ability to solve problems in a timely manner
- Very good understanding of numbers and attention to detail
- Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel
- Very good written and spoken English skills. German would be advantageous
