Investment Controller PE Funds
Aufgaben
Control of the financial reports on the investments in the Private Equity funds / Monitoring all investments of the Private Equity programs / Control of the compliance of all investment-related activities / Responsible for regular reports to internal and external stakeholders / Reviewing the financial data in the private equity database / Ensuring data quality in the database and error tracking / Reviewing all Excel tools / Single point of contact for internal and external specialists regarding database issues / Continuous optimization of departmental processes and systems / Ad hoc projects.
Qualifikation
MSc or BSc with focus in Business Administration or Economics / Experience at the bank or Big4 company as Accountant, Financial Controller or Auditor with focus on funds / Experience with Private Equity, Real Estate or Infrastructure funds / Experienced with the use of databases / Analytical skills / Experienced in working with tight deadlines and time pressure / Initiative / Flexibility / Team player with team orientation / Negotiation skills / Experience in dealing with various stakeholders / Level oriented communication / Responsibility and quality awareness / Skilled in MS-Office / Ability to write comments.
