Controller Fund Valuation
Aufgaben
Reviewing of valuation recommendations / Ensuring that all investments across the four asset classes Private Equity, Real Estate, Debt and Infrastructure are valued fairly and according to IFRS accounting standards / Monitoring of investment's financial performance / Determining the correct investment’s value against market conditions / Coordinating the daily, monthly and quarterly investment valuations process / Determining the net asset value of both open and close-ended funds at each product level / Modeling of waterfall distributions for Real Estate, Infrastructure, Private Debt and Private Equity investments globally / Handling of inquiries regarding individual investment and overall portfolio’s performance for several stakeholder / Managing projects to increase efficiency.
Qualifikation
Bachelor or Master degree in Finance / Work experience as controller in the asset management with funds / Knowledge of Private Equity, Real Estate, Debt or Infrastructure Funds/ Responsible and entrepreneurial thinking / Analytical, well-structured approach / Goal and solution-oriented / Ability to work under pressure and flexibility / Proficient in MS Office / Flair for IT systems / German as well as English.
