Unser Klient ist ein international tätiger Schweizer Medizinaltechnikhersteller. dDie Unternehmensgruppe entwickelt, produziert und vertreibt medizinische Untersuchungsgeräte sowie die dazugehörigen Komponenten. Die Gruppe besteht aus 16 Produktions - und Vertriebsgesellschaften mit Sitz in Europa, Amerika und Fernost. Rund 1.100 Mitarbeiter entwickeln, produzieren und liefern hochwertige Produkte und Dienstleistungen, die die Kernwerte der Marken unterstreichen. Weltweit werden mit mehr als 100 Distributoren zusammengearbeitet. Aufgaben - Führung von 7 Area Manager sowie Distributor Management (Western und Eastern Europe, Asia, Latin America, Middle East & Afrika) - Steuerung der Area Sales Manager (ASM) bei der Führung von Distributoren - Performance Control der Area Sales Manager und Distributoren - Initiierung von Maßnahmen zur Risikominderung - Gestaltung, Überwachung und Dokumentation der vereinbarten Ziele (mit ASMs und Händlern), Aufgaben und Schulungen - Detaillierte Planung der Gebietsverkaufsbudgets und der Verkaufsbudgets der Vertriebshändler in Zusammenarbeit mit den Area Sales Managern - Verantwortung für die Planung, Umsetzung und Durchführung von Vertriebsaktivitäten, Vertriebsunterstützung, Strukturierung der Vertriebsprozesse und -organisation - Organisation und Teilnahme an Messen und Verkaufsschulungen, - Vertriebsunterstützung: Kontakt zu Vertriebshändlern, Endkunden und KOLs - Evaluierung, Auswahl, Schulung und Überwachung von Vertriebspartnern Qualifikation - Umfassende ( >5 Jahre) frühere oder aktuelle Erfahrung im Gebietsverkaufsmanagement und im Vertriebsmanagement. - Frühere oder aktuelle Erfahrung im Management von Gebietsverkaufsleitern - Erfahrung in der Umsetzung von «best practice» - Bereitschaft, Verantwortung und Kontrolle über die Aktivitäten in seinem/ihrem Verantwortungsbereich zu übernehmen - Nachgewiesene und dokumentierte Erfolgsbilanz zur Steigerung des kommerziellen Erfolgs in früheren Organisationen - Erfahrung mit Investitionsgütern bzw. Erfahrung in der Medizintechnik oder Biowissenschaften erwünscht Sie sind ein Natural Born Leader mit Hunter-Mentalität und suchen Ihre neue Aufgabe im Global Sales?
