Tasks
- SEO Strategy Development: Formulate and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy aligned with CARIFY's business objectives, ensuring organic growth and improved search engine rankings.
- Organic development of the carify domain in four languages: German, French, Italian and English
- Keyword Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify relevant and high-potential search terms, considering user intent and competitiveness.
- On-Page Optimization: Optimize website content, meta tags, headers, and internal linking structures to improve organic search visibility and user experience.
- Technical SEO: Monitor and improve website performance, crawlability, and indexability. Identify and resolve technical issues that may impact SEO performance.
- Link Building and Outreach: Plan and execute link-building campaigns to acquire high-quality backlinks from reputable websites, enhancing domain authority and search rankings.
- Content Strategy: Collaborate with the content team to create SEO-driven content that aligns with target keywords and meets user needs.
- Content creation: maintenance and content creation for CARIFY blog
- Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitors' SEO activities and develop strategies to outperform them in search rankings and online visibility.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to track SEO performance, prepare regular reports, and present key insights to stakeholders.
- Supporting the organic development by creation of additional domains
- Local SEO: Implement local SEO strategies to enhance visibility in targeted regions and drive traffic to physical dealership locations
- SEO Trends and Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices to continually enhance CARIFY's SEO efforts.
- SEO Agency Management: Oversee and manage the external SEO agency responsible for supporting CARIFY's search engine optimization efforts.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor or equivalent degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or any related discipline
- Creative skills: Proficiency in various creative aspects of marketing, such as copywriting, content creation, branding, and campaign development
- Previous work experience in search engine optimization
- Good analytical skills are necessary to assess campaign performance, track key metrics, and make data-driven decisions
- Experience with marketing analytics tools and platforms is beneficial
- Excellent communication skills
- Results-oriented mindset: The ability to set goals, measure performance, and drive results is crucial
- Fluency in written and spoken English plus German as a native language.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Master or equivalent degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or any related discipline
- The ability to think outside the box and come up with innovative ideas is highly valued
- 3+ years of work experience in SEO. Having experience in automotive or automotive-related industry is a plus
- Having experience not only with Google, but also with other search engines & social media (especially Bing, Youtube, IG, TikTok)
- Having experience in brand management, including developing brand strategies and maintaining brand consistency
- Familiarity with marketing tools and software commonly used in the industry, such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills are essential for success
- Excellent command of Swiss German
