Growth Marketing Manager

Tasks
You will be the driving force behind all aspects of marketing our app to consumers. This includes leveraging paid ads, content / SEO, ASO, partnerships, and more to acquire, convert and retain customers.
- You design, implement and optimize user acquisition campaigns across a variety of channels. Today we mainly use Google Adwords and Facebook but are open to experiment.
- You optimize our organic search traffic on the Appstore (ASO) as well as SEO of our website and blog.
- You create the required marketing and communication assets (visuals and copy) for our campaigns.
- You take care of our social media channels, website and other consumer facing communication assets.
- You engage and manage potential third party marketing partners (PR agencies, copywriters, etc.).
**Requirements**:
- You have a proven passion for marketing at startups in a B2C context.
- You have marketed one or multiple mobile apps before and know what it takes to grow an app from 30k to 100k and then to 1m users.
- Expertise in using ad platforms (mainly Google, Facebook) and analytics tools (e.g. Ahrefs, Semrush, Google)
- You are able to write and speak English fluently. German is a plus.
- Design skills with Figma, Sketch, Affinity, Photoshop or similar are a plus.
- Familiarity with product analytics tools like Mixpanel and mobile attribution solutions like Appsflyer are a plus.
- Basic web development skills are a plus.

These tests don’t require any prior knowledge, and they should take only a few hours to complete.
