Implenia mit Hauptsitz in Opfikon beschäftigt europaweit mehr als 10 000 Personen. Für unsere Abteilung Real Estate Management (Division Real Estate), in welcher wir Immobilienportfolien von bestehenden Kunden sowie Drittkunden betreuen, suchen wir Sie als unseren neuen Asset Manager.

Ihr Einsatzort wird in unserem neuen Headquarter im Ambassador House in Opfikon sein.

**Aufgaben**:

- Verantwortung für das Asset Management eines regional diversifizierten Immobilienportfolios mit Wohn
- und Geschäftsliegenschaften
- Steuerung und nachhaltige Optimierung der Liegenschaftenperformance und Cashflow-Sicherung
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Objektstrategien sowie Identifikation vorhandener Entwicklungspotentiale,
- Steuerung und Führung der externen Partner (Bewirtschafter, Vermarkter etc.)
- Erstellung von Budgets, Investitions-/ Rentabilitätsrechnungen
- Datenanalyse und Aufbereitung für Reportings
- Mitarbeit und Unterstützung bei Akquisitionen von Immobilien (Due Diligence)
- Key Account Management mit wichtigen Mietern und anderen Ansprechpartnern
- Weiterentwicklung des Fachbereichs Asset Management

**Anforderungen**:

- Fundierte Ausbildung in der Immobilienbranche z.B eidg. Dipl. Immobilientreuhänder, MAS in Real Estate Management oder Höhere Ausbildung (Universitäts
- oder Fachhochschulabschluss in den Bereichen Immobilienmanagement, Architektur oder Ökonomie).
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Portfolio-/ Asset Management für Wohn
- und Geschäftsliegenschaften
- Gute Kenntnisse des Schweizer Immobilienmarktes
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Französischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Hohe Belastbarkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Positive, pragmatische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitseinstellung
- IT-Affinität / Erfahrung im Bereich Digitalisierung (MIS)
- Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten sowie unternehmerisches Denken
