- We’re looking for a Portfolio Manager for Fund/Manager Selection Fixed Income to:
- select Fixed Income fund/managers from an approved open architecture fund shelf and combine them in robust and performing portfolios.
- manage very large tailor made multi-manager funds of Fixed Income managers (segregated accounts).
- endorse performance responsibility, perform in-depth quantitative and qualitative analysis, and fully understand the active risk and its driver for your portfolios.
- comment on performance, fund exposure, market developments and performance contribution.
- interact with your main internal partners in Fixed Income research, product development and portfolio construction teams.

- Our team 'Fund/Manager Selection' is part of the Global Investment Management within the Chief Investment Office and closely collaborates with other investment teams within the Investment Office.
- As a member of our team, you are responsible for the construction and management of Fixed Income fund modules used in UBS discretionary mandates.Diversity helps us grow, together. **Your expertise**
- Ideally a minimum of 3 years of experience in asset management (fixed income/multi-asset class)
- Master’s degree in Finance or equivalent, ideally CFA, AZEK (or similar) certified
- Previous exposure and proven knowledge of manager selection and portfolio construction (multi-asset/fixed income experience is a plus)
- in-depth knowledge of financial markets, good investment sense and ability to make investment decisions
- robust working knowledge of programming language such as Python or R
- well-organized team player with high work ethics and focused on outcomes
- strong analytical and communication (oral and written) skills
- fluent in English and preferably German
