**Your role**
- In oder to strengthen our Funds Execution Team in Zurich, we are looking for an Execution Trader - Funds (Trade Services) to:
- perform trade allocation, matching pending client orders with market side contract notes and booking transactions into all downstream systems
- execute timely and accurate placement of Fund orders (special monthly/quarterly placed funds)
- liaising with external and internal interfaces in connection with Funds Execution (e.g. Client Advisors, Internal Teams, Funds departments at other institutions, Fund Administrators, internal and external IT)
- maintain, analyze and steadily improve automation of AI compatible EUA for trade allocation
- participate in optimization system and projects with IT specialists to streamline the current processes
- close collaboration with UBS Singapore execution desk
- monitor & report risk exposure of special trades
- distribute all incoming communication to the relevant stakeholders in the whole primary fund industry within the bank through and AI compatible EUA
- ensure highest client satisfaction in Funds Execution related services

**Your expertise**
- ideally have bachelor’s degree in business or banking
- experience in banking or investment sector
- prior knowledge in (Hedge) Funds of advantage
- excellent German and English skills (written and oral)
- dedicated and thorough work ethic, confident in working autonomously
- attention to detail
- stress resiliency
- cooperative and excellent interpersonal skills
