**Your role**
- Are you passionate about the financial markets? Are you an innovator who is conscious of risk? We are looking for someone to use their expertise to help us to:
- process Cash Equity and ETF flow on international markets (mainly EMEA and Americas) according to best execution principles
- Interact with internal and external clients
- Develop client relationships, giving them market information, commentary and execution guidance
- keep on top of market developments
- using the right algo strategy according to liquidity and market conditions
- facilitate client order flow by assuring liquidity through our strong internal capabilities or third-party offerings
- follow regulations and internal policies, including quality of execution, pricing and compliance policies
- manage execution, operational and compliance risk, amongst others
- highly motivated to generate revenues and grow client business
- other involvements such as (involvement with portfolio management switches, IPO's, monitoring of electronic gateway to internal and external brokers, collaboration with operations, projects etc.)

**Your team**
- You’ll be joining a growing equity franchise, specifically working in the Cash Equity Execution team in Switzerland. We execute Equity and ETF products on international markets, and provide execution advice, solutions and execution according to best execution principles. This benefits our corporate, institutional and wealth management clients.

**Your expertise**
- approx. 2 years' experience in banking execution or sales trading
- true passion for the financial markets and products
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- strong service-oriented approach
- proactive, flexible, highly reliable and you are able to work under pressure
- responsible and conscious of risks
- highly motivated and team player
- fluent in German, any other languages are a plus
