YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES - Ensure accurate and timely financial reports (consolidate finance reports of different legal entities within the Sales Cluster) to support effective decision-making - Act as the main finance contact point for country managers, analyse the financial performance (sales, margins, SG&A), produce bridge analysis and explanation for variance from budget and give guidance to the countries within the Sales Cluster - Preparation of Monthly Net Sales Forecasts for Monthly Business Review calls - Lead of annual budget process on Sales Cluster level and providing analytical support during budget reviews to identify cost saving and productivity opportunities - Ensure that all financial transactions are recorded in line with the company’s policy and local legal requirements - Ensure meeting group finance requirements - Review final accounts for year end close and responsiblility for Internal Control System (ICS) compliance for SCFM legal entities - Recommend and implement controls to mitigate risks identified - Participation to monthly business reviews with the senior management of the Sales Cluster - Create additional analyses and reports as requested by management - Train, enable and monitor local finance managers to maintain Group reporting guidelines and deadlines - Undertaking of other ad-hoc projects as required by senior management YOUR BACKGROUND - Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Finance Controller in an international environment - Finance Controller on Management Level to analyse data, ability to influence others and prioritise effectively - Confident presenting financial data to small groups of non-financial people - Proactive, positive attitude, self-motivated, trustworthy, reliable and result oriented - Intercultural skills - Willingness to occasionally travel globally and stay abroad within a business week - Fluent English and German, other languages such as Spanish are a plus - Degree in Finance or equivalent **WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT** You work in a dynamic environment with short decision-making paths and plenty of room for your own ideas, where you can contribute and develop according to your inclinations and abilities.
