**Client**:

**Position**:
As 2nd line of defense, your role will be to act as the primary contact person for the Financial Risk management of the Group by designing and deploying the adequate framework for the Trading Book and the Banking Book risk management. This is a small team, for financial risk, which also works closely with their Investment Risk team - at Group level (corporate functions).

In more details:

- Setting the risk management framework and its principles
- Defining the rules of engagement for Financial Risk (Market Risk and ALM Risk) activities across the Group
- Testing the functioning of the internal control system for Financial Risk activities
- Running daily controls (e.g. capital requirement, limits consumption)
- Monitoring regulatory developments and answering to any request from the regulator
- Presenting dedicated analysis to the Group Treasury and Market Risk Committees
- Reporting relevant analytics to top management and board of directors
- Managing the evolution of the tools used to monitor the Financial Risk with a focus on the automation, the quality of the data and the delivery of relevant dashboards

**Profile**:

- University degree in Finance or Science (engineering, mathematics etc) or qualification deemed equivalent. CFA, CAIA, CIIA or equivalent post-grade
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, setting up and managing complex risk frameworks within an investment led firm or department
- In-depth knowledge of derivatives products, trading strategies and regulation
- Knowledge of Front Arena, RiskPro, Tableau : a plus
- Entrepreneurial and can-do spirit, autonomy and problem-solving skills, with strong analytical thinking
- Solid organisational, interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent in English (working language) but speaking at least some French
- Eligible for a Swiss work permit, if not already in possession of one (EU/EFTA, Swiss nationals or equivalent)
