**Business Risk Manager**

**The role**:
As an experimented Compliance & Risk Management Officer:

- You will be the first point of contact for the Relationship Managers for all kinds of due diligence and AML related queries for client prospecting, onboarding, and lifecycle management
- As the first line of defense, you will
- be responsible for identification of money laundering related, reputational, and other business risks
- actively propose controls and measures for their mitigation
- prepare client risk assessment reports for account openings and conduct reviews for existing clients
- enable and facilitate clear and constructive communication between Relationship Managers and Compliance.

**Your profile**:

- Successfully completed high education such as
- a master’s degree in law or Economics,
- a Due Diligence (Compliance) certification and/or
- a Sanction diploma
- A strong experience, in the International business area in another Swiss Bank (~5 years) as
- Business Risk Officer (first line of defense) or
- Compliance Officer
- An extensive knowledge of International Markets
- A sound understanding of regulatory environment and experience in investigations
- Reliable, responsible, risk aware
- A strong analytical mindset
- Good communication skills
- Conscientious, you are team oriented, flexible, and able to work under pressure
- French (C1)
- English (C1)
- At least language skills in one of the following languages : Spanish, Russian or Arabic
- Clean criminal record
- Living in Switzerland (mandatory)
