What you are expected to do:
You conduct financial variance analysis, understand results, identify profitability drivers, communicate and advice management on corrective actionYou lead budgeting-, forecast- and follow up processes in your area of responsibilityYou provide transparency and guidance to Management, enabling fact-based decisions and steering of our products and marketsPro-actively and effectively communicating with various stakeholders, discussing the root cause of trends, assessing their impact and proposing solutions or optimizationsYou use analytical tools to analyse data and solve problems with the end goal of detecting trends and making pro-active decisionsYou interact and ensure cross-functional teamwork with all relevant departments and stakeholdersAd hoc reporting and analysisWhat you should bring:
Bachelor's degree (or MBA) in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering or a related field2–5 years of experience in Controlling, Financial Analysis or a similar role, with strong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to identify issues, structure analyses, draw conclusions and communicate actionable insights clearlyHigh motivation to grow professionally in an entrepreneurial environment, balancing multiple priorities and working independently with attention to detailExcellent command of MS Office (especially Excel), and fluency in both German and English is a mustCompany: MF Group AG | Job ID: 283443
