Deine neuen Herausforderungen:
  • Verantwortung für das Controlling des Unternehmens, inklusive mehrerer Geschäftsstellen in mehreren Landesteilen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung sowie weiteren Managementfunktionen als Business Partner
  • Analyse, Präsentation und Diskussion der Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse Mitarbeit an der Erarbeitung von kurz- und mittelfristigen Massnahmen
  • Erstellung von Budgets, Forecasts, Mittelfristplanungen sowie ad hoc Analysen 
 

Deine idealen Voraussetzungen:

Du bist eine engagierte, selbständige und teamfähige Persönlichkeit mit analytischem Denkvermögen, hoher Einsatzbereitschaft und ausgeprägten kommunikativen Fähigkeiten. Du hast Freude daran, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und proaktiv an Lösungen zu arbeiten.

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Business Administration oder höhere betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung und/oder fachspezifische Weiterbildung mit Schwerpunkt Controlling, Finance oder Digitalisierung
  • Mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung im operativen Business Controlling oder einer ähnlichen Funktion, idealerweise im Industrieumfeld
  • Sehr gute MS Excel-Kenntnisse, MS PowerBI-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute ERP-Kenntnisse, SAP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung in der Projektleitung
  • Fliessende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
