We are looking for an ambitious Business Controller (m/f/d) (unlimited, fulltime) Join our Controlling team at our location in St. Gallen – flexible working conditions available What you are expected to do: You conduct financial variance analysis, understand results, identify profitability drivers, communicate and advice management on corrective action You lead budgeting-, forecast- and follow up processes in your area of responsibility You provide transparency and guidance to Management, enabling fact-based decisions and steering of our products and markets Pro-actively and effectively communicating with various stakeholders, discussing the root cause of trends, assessing their impact and proposing solutions or optimizations You use analytical tools to analyse data and solve problems with the end goal of detecting trends and making pro-active decisions You interact and ensure cross-functional teamwork with all relevant departments and stakeholders Ad hoc reporting and analysis What you should bring: Bachelor's degree (or MBA) in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering or a related field 2–5 years of experience in Controlling, Financial Analysis or a similar role, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to identify issues, structure analyses, draw conclusions and communicate actionable insights clearly High motivation to grow professionally in an entrepreneurial environment, balancing multiple priorities and working independently with attention to detail Excellent command of MS Office (especially Excel), and fluency in both German and English is a must Company: MF Group AG | Job ID:
