Deine Aufgaben- Controlling Business Partner für die Business Center Leitung und den Bereich Operations am Standort Grüsch- Selbständige Analyse der weltweiten Geschäftszahlen des Business Centers und Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen in Zusammenarbeit mit der Business Center Leitung- Verantwortung für das Controlling des Bereichs Operations am Standort (bspw. Ermittlung der Produktionsstundensätze und Analyse von Produktionsabweichungen)- Eigenständige Durchsprache des Monatsergebnisses (inkl. Analyse von Plan-Ist-Abweichung) mit der Leitung des Business Centers und des Bereichs Operations- Durchführung der Planung und Forecasts für das Business Center und den Bereich Operations- Erstellung und Aufbereitung von entscheidungsrelevanten Informationen für die Geschäftsleitung, Verwaltungsrat und Konzernzentrale- Enge Zusammenarbeit und Abstimmung mit Konzernzentrale- Mitarbeit in konzernübergreifenden Projekten

Was wir suchen- Betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung (HF/FH/UNI) mit Schwerpunkt Finance/Controlling oder kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung im Bereich Finanzen, Controlling und Betriebswirtschaft- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position- Konzeptionelle und analytische Fähigkeiten- Proaktive, durchsetzungs
- und umsetzungsstarke Persönlichkeit- Eigenverantwortliche und selbständige Arbeitsweise- Gutes Verständnis für betriebswirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge- Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse- Gute SAP/R3 Kenntnisse (Modul CO)- Stilsicheres Deutsch in Wort und Schrift (mind. C2-Niveau)- Fundierte Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mind. B2-Niveau)
