What you'll do:
We are seeking a motivated and visionary Content Lead for our SAP Experience Center Zurich.
The Experience Center Content Lead ensures the end-to-end orchestration, quality, and continuous development of the Swiss Experience Lab and its storylines. Experience Labs, part of SAP Experience Centers (EC), represent real-world business scenarios as use cases featuring integrated partner products and a live SAP landscape.
This role combines content leadership with technical expertise to create, maintain, and evolve immersive, hands-on experiences with solutions tailored to address real-world business challenges.
Operational Readiness
• Define and maintain coherent, business-relevant end-to-end narratives across all content use cases in the EC Lab.
• Translate Market Unit (MU) strategy and top-account priorities into tangible, customer-resonant Lab engagements.
• Own content and the functional/technical configuration of the Experience Lab; act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all technical requirements, coordinate maintenance partners and work closely with SIX teams to ensure reliable operation of demos, showcases, and infrastructure.
• Enable storytellers and internal teams through training, playbooks, documentation, and hands-on guidance to ensure delivery excellence.
• Structure and track Lab engagements to drive tangible business outcomes (e.g., qualified pipeline generation, co-innovation opportunities, and account progression); report performance and learnings.
• Ensure sustainability, scalability, and reusability of developed assets, storylines, and technical components.
Continuous Evolution and Ecosystem Activation
• Continuously evolve the Lab's physical setup, digital content, and technical infrastructure to reflect SAP innovation and changing customer needs; maintain a prioritized roadmap.
• Monitor and synthesize feedback from engagements to iteratively refine narratives, assets, and experiences.
• Develop and activate new end-to-end storylines and content use cases that showcase SAP's differentiated value across industries and lines of business; ensure demo readiness and delivery quality.
• Identify, onboard, and integrate ecosystem partners as contributors or showcase participants to enrich the customer journey.
• Collaborate across global and regional EC networks to share best practices, harmonize standards, and co-develop innovative showcases.
• Support Innovation Initiatives within and beyond the EC (e.g. flagship events, hackathons, co-innovation), to ensure the Experience DNA is visible across key customer touchpoints and leverage outcomes to enhance the Lab's portfolio and capabilities.
• Adapt and localize storylines to align with Swiss Market Unit priorities, top-industry focus areas, and strategic accounts.
• Market and pitch the EC concept internally and externally to strengthen brand perception, drive engagement, and increase utilization.
Storytelling & Experience Engagement Management
• Support the planning and delivery of customer and partner engagements in the EC, including end-to-end narrative design, tailoring, and content preparation.
• Manage and orchestrate customer-tailored EC engagements, ensuring seamless execution and alignment to objectives.
• Lead and advise on bespoke EC storylines, overseeing content customization and creation to meet customer needs and drive desired outcomes.
What you bring:
• Extensive experience in customer experience design, storytelling, and content development.
• Proven ability to translate business strategies into compelling narratives and immersive experiences.
• Over 10 years of experience managing high-profile customer engagements and executive presentations.
• Strong understanding of SAP technologies, support processes and Experience Center/Lab infrastructure.
• Deep knowledge of the Swiss market, including customer priorities, business dynamics, and cultural context.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and drive alignment across teams.
• Proactive, ownership-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
• Passion for co-creation and delivering impactful, customer-centric experiences.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills for diverse audiences.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Open, adaptable, and energized by working in a dynamic, fast-evolving environment.
