Responsibility:
The Business Development Executive position is a key role responsible for executing sales and business development strategies for the Life Science division.
Job description:
- Researching and identifying potential customers and markets in the Life Science industry
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets in the Life Science industry
- Implementing business development, proposition placement, and sales tactics as a part of the sales team
- Reaching the monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals determined by the VP/client associate
- Accomplish target lead generation, acquisition, and other sales leadership objectives to establish an optimal sales pipeline
- Building strong, long-term connections with customers and referrals
- In charge of administering the complete sales process for all opportunities, including initial client interaction, presentations on site, RFI responses, multi-day client workshops, RFP submissions, negotiations, and contract signings
- Work in close collaboration with Capgemini’s presales/architecture team & practice teams to ensure that proposed offerings and services fully meet the client’s business and technology needs
- Supporting customers in the initial phase of an order. Continue to manage and maintain full customer satisfaction throughout the lifecycle of the relationship
- Have strong face-to-face communication and presentation skills to establish interest, credibility, and trust
**Your profile**:
- 5 - 10 years of experience in sales in the Life Science industry
- Have strong face-to-face communication and presentation skills to establish interest, credibility, and trust
- Demonstrated successful track records in selling digital transformation, product evolution, the cloud, and data analytics services
- A positive and driven attitude with a passion for the Life Science industry and helping customer to achieve their goals
- Familiarity with sales techniques, including prospecting, lead generation and closing deals
- Knowledge and experience with vendor selection processes, including RFI and RFP writing and response management.
- To identify, mobilize, and managing internal and external stakeholders for revenues generation
- Comprehend and implement corporate strategy (financials, offerings, segments, target customers)
- The ability to manage one major or multiple small programs
- Focus on value-based selling and high-value sales models
