Our Sales Team is looking for a Business Development Representative who can support us in our extensive growth following our successful Series A. This is a collaborative position with quota-carrying responsibility for generating new sales pipeline each quarter. As a Business Development Representative, you take a strategic role within our sales team to identify, develop, and create new business opportunities for two Account Executives. YOUR MISSION - Become a product expert for the Archlet sourcing software product - Come up and execute on creative strategies for targeting decision-makers at potential customers to book sales meetings MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS - You are a self-starter who is dedicated, hungry and driven to grow and succeed - You have high energy and positive attitude - Excellent English and German written and verbal communication skills - You have experience in sales - Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time in a dynamic start-up environment PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - You have B2B Software and/or Enterprise Software Sales experience - You have experience in selling complex software products while managing multiple stakeholders Don't worry - If you don't have the experience listed in the "preferred qualifications" above, we'd love for you to convince us Sell us the item of your choice in a short video WHY YOU'LL LOVE WORKING HERE - You'll receive a competitive compensation package. - You'll have flex-time & unlimited home office - You'll have 25 days paid vacation and 13 weeks digital nomad per year - You'll have a yearly Learning & Development budget, as well as a full day each month set aside to focus on your professional growth - You'll be able to join regular events (Weekly drinks, events like bowling or movie night, monthly breakfast, yearly Summer & Winter Party, as well as a multi-day Team Trip). - This role is available at our headquarters in Zurich or in one of our hubs (Munich, Berlin or London).
