**Sales Development Representative Switzerland & Austria**

**Your Mission**

This role can be based in Zürich or remote Switzerland. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, retaining and qualifying prospects in Switzerland and Austria. You are highly motivated and, as a member of our marketing and sales team, drive the growth of Swiss and Austrian market.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Generate a targeted number of accepted opportunities by assessing the client's needs and handing the opportunity over to the appropriate Sales team member in a timely manner
- Cultivate leads by assessing the opportunity, communicating the value propositions for the customer, and following up in a timely manner
- Build and maintain relationships with key executives and decision-makers
- Generate and conduct due diligence on inbound leads
- Maintain open communication with the sales team to discuss territory information account details, further qualify and educate the target, and get feedback on the activity
- Report on territory and lead activity to the manager
- Assimilate product and market knowledge and effectively communicate the benefits and feature set of Open Systems to prospects over the telephone
- Demonstrate thought leadership with customers and stay apprised of the industry trends by contributing to social media sites (i.e. Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)

**Requirements**:

- At least two years of relevant experience in a client-facing or sales development position
- Impeccable communication skills and a strong focus on results and customers
- Very strong stakeholder management of decision-makers at enterprise account
- Native German speaker with proficient English; French would be a strong advantage
- Hands-on mindset and passionate team player
- Enthusiasm for networking in a global environment and for building relationships with customers and colleagues in remote locations
- Proven experience in sales of IT infrastructure and security services is desirable
- Ability to travel within Switzerland and to Austria
