**Role Description**

We are expanding our **Sales Development **D**esk, **covering the pre-sales and early-stage sales efforts**.** As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for managing inbound leads, directly contacting leads in order to try and convert them into marketplace users, providing reporting to the sales and marketing teams, and much more. This is a client-facing role with a hybrid sales aspect.

You will be responsible for helping convert inbound interest into clients, representing Stableton as a company and receive training and experience to prepare you for owning your own client book.

As you develop into the role, understanding our clients’ interests and presenting our value proposition to fulfill their needs will be a critical aspect. Deepening your knowledge of alternative investments and being able to understand and convey the benefits of individual products we offer, is essential to be successful.

We are looking for a motivated, high-energy, dynamic, and well-spoken team player to support us in expanding and managing our customer base.

**Responsibilities**
- Qualify inbound leads, determine their investor profile, and route to the appropriate sales desk.
- Understand prospective and existing customers’ profiles to identify their potential needs and qualify their interests.
- Contact prospective investors to support them with our Marketplace onboarding.
- Call 25-40 leads per day in order to reactivate them as investors.
- Provide insightful reporting on the quality and profile of inbound leads to sales and marketing teams in order to support them with strategic decisions.

**Requirements**:

- Completed bank-apprenticeship or equivalent (Banklehre-KV) with focus on Wealth Management.
- Good understanding of different types, profiles and roles of swiss financial players (e.g. Wealth Managers, Asset Managers, Family Offices, Banks ).
- Confident, self-motivated professional with exceptional communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in communicating in English and German and/or French/Italian (verbal and written).
- Strong interest in alternative investments.
- Willingness to potentially develop into a sales role and build your own client book.
- Prior experience in a client-facing role is a plus.
