We are looking for a purpose-driven B2B BusinesDevelopment Representative & Sales professional (40-60%) who will lead and
execute the corporate (and foundation) acquisition for our mentoring/coaching programs and our employability/entrepreneurship (thousandyoungentrepreneurs.org)
initiatives.
In this B2B sales role, you become part of an entrepreneurial, impact-oriented and fast moving team in Zurich, and you will help growing partnerships and secure funding from corporates and foundations.
You will execute in a full stack sales role - from lead generation, first
contact, discovery call, negotiation to closure. Mid-term you are motivated to grow with the organization and to take on additional leadership responsibility in the Swiss Chapter of Aiducation.

Tasks
- You develop and implement business development initiatives for and with the company, often in close alignment with the CEO of
Aiducation International Switzerland
- You are responsible for acquiring new B2B funding partners (corporates and foundations)
- You contact leading corporations’ CSR or marketing departments or the CEOs directly and engage in discussions about impact, and structure and negotiate deals with them about giving back to society
- You will develop existing partners, and you will deepen and broaden our collaboration and generate referrals
You develop & drive strategic initiatives in the area of growth / business development (for example new markets, new customer groups, new products)
**Requirements**:
Must Haves
- You like to sell and you’re skilled in negotiating with and winning people
- You are an entrepreneurial and committed personality who enjoys building and making a difference
- You have a deep and urgent interest in other peoples’ and companies’ (CSR) challenges and you’re passionate about understanding and solving them
- You are motivated to work in a growing company in the not-for-profit area, and you’re not deterred by an environment that is generally frugal and very cost-conscious
- German language skills: C1 - Expert
**English language skills**: B2 - very solid
Nice to Haves
- You deliver results and are constantly looking for improvements
- You bring professional experience in customer outreach (e.g. cold calling) as well as customer service (ideally B2B sales)
- Affinity for a digital sales stack and working in a remote, digital environment
- You are willing to grow your responsibility and footprint within the
organization
- Professional or personal experience in the not-for-profit and / or education industry
- Experience of working in a global and distributed team
