About this role:
Are you energized and want to start or speed up your sales career in the software industry? Are you thrilled about the Finance industry and disruptive technologies? We are looking for a passionate Business Development Representative to join our global sales team in the Zurich, Switzerland. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will be doing market research, identifying and getting in contact with prospects and connecting the Sales team with prospects at Senior levels. You will be responsible for driving top-funnel new business for the sales team across Enterprise and large Corporate Accounts in the Finance industry.

Main Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain a plan to develop the territory
- Identify and target qualified leads
- Find and contact the right person within our target accounts
- Create campaigns together with the marketing department to gain inbound leads
- Qualify and follow up on market leads
- Work closely with the sales team to plan, execute, meet and exceed pipeline goals
- Represent FNZ at events

**Requirements**:

- At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar position in Inside Sales or Business Development Rep, ideally with SaaS or software companies
- Experience in the banking and/or financial services industry - a must
- Experience qualifying opportunities and handing off to an Account Executive
- Energy, passion, discipline is what you bring to this role
- A confident communicator and a self-starter with an engaging attitude
- Fluent in German and English
