Tasks We face a huge space of untouched opportunity, be it in markets, industries as well as in target audiences. As our Business Development Representative you'll be responsible for: - Working closely with Account Executives to ensure a healthy sales pipeline - Improving and mantaining a scalable outbound prospecting system - Tracking & managing prospects as well as qualifying leads by using a modern sales tech stack - Participating in team meetings, networking, trade show events and activities to grow the business You'll be collaborating with Product, Marketing as well as Customer Success teams to maximize our growth trajectory. **Requirements**: - A Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent work experience - 1 or more years of experience in business development or sales is a plus - Strong interpersonal and written/spoken communication skills - Affinity for AI and NLP - Strong desire to learn and succeed in tech sales in a dynamic start-up environment - Aspiration to grow into SaaS business development and sales - Fluent in English and German (written and oral) - Hands-on, can-do attitude - Upbeat team player with ambitions **Benefits**: - Exciting, growing product - Learn and master working with a modern sales tech stack - Competitive salary consisting of fixed and variable components - Quick & inclusive decision making - Capable, driven & down-to-earth team - MacBook - Full-time; Partly Remote-working; Flexible working hours - Equity options **To apply, we have a small additional task for you**: Record a 60 second video, during which you pitch any software which you are enthusiastic about.
