**Alpmars SA **is a Swiss professional manufacturer engaged in unique design, development and production of **smart mobility equipment**. With warehouses in Europe, we are gaining a global sales network reaching most European countries with continuous expanding.

**About the role**

In order to increase our commercial department, we are looking for an experienced “Sales Manager” to join our team.

**Responsibilities**
- Define standards and objectives with our different customers respecting Management’s guidelines and oversee operations to ensure efficiency in sales
- Identify operational issues and suggest solutions for improvement
- Provide weekly reports to the Chairman
- Increase of market share with the acquisition of new customers in Switzerland and abroad
- Implementation of Sales policies and marketing strategy
- Follow-up of representations and service partners
- Participation in sales budgeting and forecasting
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify potential threats and opportunities

**Essential skills requirements**
- Experience of 3 years minimum in a similar role
- Bachelor/Master in a related field
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong experience in international sales
- French, very good command, English, B2-C1, other languages an asset
- At ease with MS-Office and familiarity with CRM softwares and sales automation tools
- Ability to think “out of the box”
