aytm is growing rapidly and is looking for a highly skilled **Sales Account Manager, located locally in Geneva, Switzerland or the United Kingdom.** We are fully virtually, which means you’ll be working remotely from the location of your choosing (home, coffee house, library). You’ll have direct experience and demonstrate success partnering with market research clients to build relationships and win their business, counseling them to help achieve their objectives and thereby building their loyalty.
This is an exciting constative sales experience working with a seasoned team here at aytm and an established client base. This career is more than just sales, it is delivering on the aytm’s promise that market research can indeed be done better, faster, and most often less expensive. We do this by using technology coupled with people power to create the ultimate client engagement experience while exceeding their expectations.
- Have 3-5 years’ direct experience in a client service, account management, research or sales role for a market research company or comparable experience within an agency managing research projects on the supplier side.
- Be a highly disciplined, self-motivated individual who can point to objective measures of success in building relationships to closing sales, achieving revenue targets, and nurturing accounts to build and grow repeat business.
- Understand quantitative research methodologies to translate what a client asks for into what plan/methodology suits their objectives, advising clients (with the help of the research experts when appropriate) on approaches that help them achieve their research project needs and business objectives.
- Have friendly and constructive manner of interacting with clients and internal teams, characterized by outstanding verbal and written communication, and by doing so contribute to a culture of openness, friendliness, and respect. This is held in high regard.
- Focus on creating new client relationships as well as maintaining and growing current client relationship by working with clients to develop a business strategy that will fulfill their needs.
- Be a person of integrity with a strong work ethic and a superior team player
- Be well organized with superior time management skills and the ability to work effectively and independently in a 100% remote environment.
**Technical Skills/Experience**:
- MS office including Excel and Outlook experience needed
- Experience with Google collaboration tools a plus
- Asana experience a plus
- Slack experience a plus
