For a mayor energy producer and supply company with Headquarters in Zug, we are looking for an experienced Management Assisant to give support to senior executives.

If you have a passion for organizational work combined with a well-structured way of working, this is the ideal role for you.

**Personal Assistant to Senior Management 80 - 100%**:
The main tasks and responsibilities include:

- Organization of meetings, conferences, events, etc. and arranging and coordinating conference schedules
- Manage agendas
- Carrying out travel arrangements including flight schedules, visa requirements and hotel bookings for the department and for visitors as required
- Prepare monthly reports
- Expense management
- General administrative duties
- Process incoming/outgoing telephone calls

Qualifications and requirements:

- a solid commercial educational background
- 5 - 7 years of sound experience working as an Administrative Assistant on Senior level in an international and multicultural environment
- fluency in English (corporate language) and German (min. B1), a good understanding of any other language is an asset
- knowing Zug area to organise tasks
- immediate availability

You are:

- a good team player with an independent, flexible work attitude and discrete behavior
- efficient and have well organized working skills as well as a good know-how of using MS Office tools
- able to work in a dynamic, as well as entrepreneurial and performance driven environment
