**Intern, Global Talent Scouting (6 months) 100%**:

In Global Talent Scouting we are focused on building robust Talent Succession Plans for key positions across the Lonza Enterprise. Working closely with Business Leaders and the HR Business Partners we prioritise key roles to focus on which could include open positions with an urgent need to fill.

Key responsibilities:
- Undertake Competitor Mapping projects- Work on other Talent Scout Projects as part of the defined Backlog
- Perform other tasks as assigned.

Key requirements:

- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s OR Masters program at an accredited university
- Social media savvy
- Pro-active, self-driven and aiming to make a mark
- Improvement and results orientated
- Very good English written and verbal communication skills
- Organizational master even in hectic moments
- Digital native with basic understanding of Boolean logic
