Intern, Talent Attraction and Employer Branding

During this 6-12 months internship, you will be joining a small but global Talent Attraction team of three. You will have exposure to our sites around the globe in the Americas, Europe and Asia. Expect a high paced environment where you will be adept at multitasking a broad range of activities and get the chance to work on a variety of projects.

Key responsibilities:

- Make a career at Lonza tangible - Engage with employees to tell their career stories and share their experiences with internal programs
- Support creation of localized marketing material for our sites
- Our Internal Employer Brand Portal is the go-to-place for our internal stakeholders and you will drive further development and enhancements
- You will help create a framework on how we actively manage external Employer Review Platforms
- Work on other projects and activities like job event hosting, programmatic ad campaigns, etc.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Key requirements:

- Completed at least four semesters of a Bachelor’s degree or enrolled in a Master’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, Media Science, or similar
- Social media savvy
- Pro-active, self-driven and aiming to make a mark
- Very good English written and verbal communication skills
- Organizational master even in hectic moments
- Comfortable use of PowerPoint is a plus
