Can you sustain the balance between the operational and strategic needs of Dufour Aerospace and are interested in technical progress? In this position, you demonstrate administrative, interpersonal, and professional skills and act with confidentiality on top of mind. Most importantly, you bring relevant competencies in HR coordination and talent acquisition and are motivated to shape our talent management comprehensively.

Tasks

**Your responsibilities include**:

- develop recruiting standards and assess hiring needs
- compile and promote technical job descriptions for various departments
- act as Employer Brand Ambassador for Dufour Aerospace, effectively advertising company’s values throughout the HR life cycle
- facilitate hiring decisions and performance measurements
- proactively consult with colleagues
- communicate and act ethically
- practice lawful hiring and due diligence
- networking with active and passive job seekers

**Requirements**:
You are required to bring
- understanding of engineering, aviation, and software development processes
- extensive experience in human resource management or recruiting (5 years+)
- expertise with ATS and software to manage talent pools
- impeccable English language skills

Desirably, you have
- proficiency in French and German
- an internationally exposed career path
