To complement our HR team in Basel, we are looking for a dynamic and committed personality as **HR Coordinator (m/w/d)** In this exciting role you will support the HR team in its daily activities, more specifically in the recruitment of new employees, but also in the administrative onboarding process. You will mainly work with the HR Business Partners, the HR d Services team and of course the managers of the respective departments, this in the communication languages German, English and French. Description/Tasks: - First level support for the area of recruitment and applicant management - Organize interviews, online and onsite, and conduct initial interviews as needed - Performing reference and background checks for potential employees - Ensuring administrative onboarding, incl. close cooperation with our external payroll provider - Support the HR d Services Team in the area of administration "Life-Cycle" and "Exit" - Support the optimization of a professional, service-oriented and efficient HR management process - Participation in department-specific projects Qualification/Experience: - Several years of professional experience in comparable positions, as well as further training as an HR assistant - Knowledge of Swiss labor law - Experience with SAP and Success Factors an advantage - Language skills German, English fluent, good French advantageous
