**About the role**:
As a Recruitment coordinator you will be an integral part of the team. Your role will be to support the Talent Acquisition Specialist ensuring the highest level of service to all those involved in the recruitment process by ensuring that the coordination of recruitment activity is fully covered and under control at all times.

**Recruitment Coordinator (12-months contract through agency)**

**Job specification**:

- Support the Talent Acquisition Specialist in day-to-day recruitment administration processes of all hiring’s
- Raising of new requisitions for approval, drafting/posting job adverts and liaise with agencies
- Liaise with the HR Business Partners to ensure a smooth onboarding process
- Complete all daily, weekly and monthly tasks in line with company process and procedures
- Strive to exceed expectation wherever possible and offer additional assistance to the whole team

**Required profile**:

- 1+ year of work experience working in recruiting or HR in an international environment
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and in English, French a big plus
- Proficiency in MS Office, knowledge of Oracle and TALEO a plus
- Organised and methodical with a strong attention to detail
- Demonstrates integrity, respect and professionalism and maintains confidentiality at all times
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
